Iqbal’s Ramzan regime …


Iqbal Khan gets leaner & fitter with a knock-out diet & workout plan during Ramzan

One look at his picture and you know why women go weak in the knees & drool over this dude! Iqbal Khan’s rugged face is complemented interestingly by a body he’s been working on for over 10 years now. With those toned biceps and boulder-shoulders, Iqbal is every bit the eye candy women enjoy ogling at!

And it’s that time of the year again when Iqbal gets an opportunity to shed a few pounds & look his absolute best! Iqbal says, “Ramzan with its day-time fasting is the ideal time to get in shape. With practically no carbs during the day and a good helping of the scrumptious protein-rich Chicken Biryani after sunset, I’m pretty confident I’ll get leaner and fitter along with my strenuous workouts.”

With his shoot for Zee’s Sanjog Se Bani Sangini often running into late hours, Iqbal has invested in a membership at a popular gym in Bandra that stays open 24 hours. At ungodly hours like 2 AM (!!) when the rest of Mumbai is fast asleep, the groovy hunk works up a sweat at the gym before hitting the sack. All we wanna say is – Keep up the great work, Iqbal. ‘Coz it’s definitely showing!
